Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **Responsibilities** Ascension is seeking a strategic and results-driven **Marketing Specialist, Adult Service Lines & Hospital Marketing** to support marketing and business development initiatives across designated adult service lines and hospitals. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, patient engagement, and growth for adult-focused clinical services and hospital facilities. The Marketing Specialist will partner closely with service line leaders, physicians, and hospital stakeholders to promote key adult service offerings—such as Women’s Health, Cardiovascular, Neurosciences, and Orthopedics—while reinforcing the overall ministry brand. **Key Responsibilities** **Adult Service Line Marketing** + Project manage multiple marketing campaigns and tactics to ensure timely, high-quality execution. + Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies aligned with adult service lines and organizational goals. + Execute targeted marketing campaigns that promote adult service line specialties, increase patient engagement, and drive service volume. + Balance local market priorities while collaborating with national teams and partners to support consistent strategy execution. **Hospital & Ministry Promotion** + Oversee marketing and promotional efforts for adult hospitals and facilities, ensuring consistency in brand, messaging, and voice. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hospital marketing efforts with broader organizational initiatives. **Collaboration with Service Line & Clinical Leaders** + Partner with adult service line leaders, physicians, and clinical teams to understand key offerings, strengths, and differentiators. + Align marketing strategies with adult service line growth objectives and support promotional initiatives. **Multichannel Marketing Execution** + Implement multichannel marketing strategies to reach adult patient populations across digital and traditional platforms. + Utilize channels such as paid media, social media, email marketing, events, and community outreach to promote adult service lines and hospital services. **Data & Performance Insights** + Analyze market data, patient insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing decisions. + Use performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness across adult service lines and hospital marketing initiatives. **Community Engagement** + Support community engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships and increase awareness of system-wide healthcare services. + Collaborate with local organizations and partners to support health, wellness, and education initiatives focused on the Central Texas population. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. + Healthcare marketing certifications or related credentials are a plus. **Experience** + 2–4 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or service line marketing. + Experience marketing adult-focused service lines such as Women’s Health, Cardiovascular, Neurosciences, or Orthopedics is strongly preferred. **Skills & Competencies** + Strong strategic, project management, and analytical skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. + Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and patient engagement platforms. + Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. **Adaptability** + Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving marketing strategies. \#GMDx **Why Join Our Team** Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system with a culture and associate experience grounded in service, growth, care and connection.
