This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who understands that hospitality isn’t just about services, it’s about experiences. As the bridge between our operations and our audience, you will be responsible for capturing the "heartbeat" of our business and translating it into engaging content that drives growth and community loyalty. Key Responsibilities + Manage all social media channels, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality posts, engaging stories, and trending reels. + Act as our primary "on-the-ground" creator—shooting photos/videos and performing basic editing to maintain a premium aesthetic. + Ensure all digital output aligns with our brand identity and visual standards. + Manage DMs, comments, and reviews to foster a vibrant online community. + Analyze metrics and provide monthly reports on growth and engagement. + Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly calendar that balances promotional needs with organic storytelling. + Convert internal operational goals into compelling external marketing actions. + Stay ahead of social media algorithms and lifestyle trends to keep our brand relevant. Required Profile + Proven background in marketing and social media management, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sectors. + Technical Skills: High proficiency in mobile photography/videography and editing tools (CapCut, Canva etc.). Additional requirements: Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
