Job DescriptionThe Marketing Services Specialist plays a key role on the Creative Services team by managing project requests and coordinating with designers, reviewers, and production teams. This role ensures creative deliverables across print, digital, broadcast, and internal initiatives are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Manage creative project workflows, including timelines, communications, and approvals, to ensure accurate and timely deliverablesGather and verify project details from requesters and collaborate with designers, reviewers, and productions team to ensure accuracy and alignmentProvide regular project status updates to the Marketing Services Director and escalate potential risks as neededCoordinate production handoffs, vendor routing, and final creative reviews to ensure deliverables meet all requirementsMaintain workload reports and flag bandwidth or timeline challenges for proactive resolutionSupport creative development across all media types, including print, POP, digital, packaging, signage, apparel, audio, and videoTravel Requirements:
Up to 10%Qualifications1-3 years’ experience in account management or advertising agency settingsFamiliarity with marketing, creative, and design workflowsExperience collaborating with graphic designers and production teamsStrong time management, project management, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:
