Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Senior Associate to join our dynamic team, focusing on providing bespoke marketing support for one of our most strategic key accounts.This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our client's objectives, enhancing our brand, and supporting us in continuing to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across priority sectors, services, and initiatives.
Develop and adapt marketing content including presentations, reports, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces.
Coordinate logistics and execution for events, webinars, sponsorships, and internal activations.
Work closely with design, digital, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
Monitor campaign performance and help prepare performance dashboards, reporting on reach, engagement, and ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign positioning and messaging.
Support internal communications, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the region.
Maintain and update campaign trackers, content calendars, and marketing databases.
Liaise with stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure alignment and share best practices.
Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced, and insight-led marketing team culture.
Ideal candidates will have the following attributes
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a professional services or B2B environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working on multiple projects and managing tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Desired
Experience in digital marketing or event management.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or other CRM/automation platforms.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
A proactive mindset and a passion for impactful, purposeful marketing.
