Purpose

Organizes the analysis of the Southeast Asia & Oceania market, understanding their dynamics and Tenaris' positioning, and collaborates in the preparation of Southeast Asia & Oceania budget and sales forecast.

Main Responsibilities

Analyzes the Oil and Gas Market dynamics, competitors' behavior and Tenaris' impact and positioning. Monitors and analyzes main customers activities. Carries out Southeast Asia management control, interacts and collaborates with Southeast Asia & Oceania Management. Issues intelligence reports with close collaboration with Tenaris management with conclusions and eventually propose plan actions. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or strategic planning within the Oil & Gas industry. Preferably with direct exposure to OCTG products, services, or operations Familiarity with Oil & Gas market dynamics, including upstream operations, drilling activities, and supply chain. Familiarity with OCTG products (casing, tubing, drill pipe) and their applications. Awareness of key industry players, competitors, and customer segments. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Experience with forecasting models, budgeting processes, and business performance metrics. Ability to interpret and present complex data to support strategic decisions. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate across departments and with senior management. Fluent in English is a must. Demonstrated commitment to corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
