Airswift is seeking a Marketing Segment Manager to join a global Coatings leader supporting their Marine division across Latin America.

Location: Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, Brazil

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic marketing efforts for the Energy segment across Latin America;

Develop and execute market intelligence, value propositions, and growth strategies;

Identify new business opportunities and support product launches aligned with profitability goals;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders;

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Energy sector;

Translate industry trends into actionable business plans and growth initiatives.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred: MBA or specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development

Native Portuguese speaker

Fluent/Advanced English and Spanish 

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy segment, preferably in LATAM-focused B2B marketing, sales, or business development roles

Experience in the coatings or paints industry 

Strong track record in market development, strategic planning, and value creation
