**We are searching for the best talent for Marketing & Sales Manager Inmunology to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina.**
**Purpose:**
Develop and market the designated products to be in the line of company’s expectation in the view of sales, profit and quality image. Successfully execute the agreed marketing plan. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Business Unit's sales and commercial strategies, achieving the company's sales objectives and developing the Sales Representatives under his/her responsibility. Based on this, it will be part of the Country Value Team (CVT), composed of a multidisciplinary team of Marketing, Sales, Access and Medical Area.
**You will be responsible for** **:**
Accountable for delivering the specific business objectives for gastroenterology in the southern cluster of Latin-America (LAS) as set out in the Business Plan and in the shared CVT/BT Goals and Objectives
Act as the external face for commercial and brand communication to local customers and stakeholders
Gather the required market insights and information to contribute to the forecasting exercise for the Gastroenterology in LAS
Meet sales objectives in accordance with the Business Unit's commercial strategy.
Ensure the correct implementation of the Product Plan by Sales Representatives.
Keep the panel aligned with the product strategy by monitoring the Sales Force Effectiveness metrics aligned at the regional level.
Prepare, implement and follow up on the development plans of the Sales Representatives under their charge; as well as ensuring incentive plans based on the objectives.
Ensure proper communication and interaction between your team and all support departments and strategic partners.
Train the sales force on the use of marketing materials and the commercial approach
Produce customer-facing marketing materials based on materials shared by IBVT, adapting and tailoring them based on specific market conditions
Ensure tracking of brand and marketing performance in designated markets.
Gather the required information using the appropriate tracking tools (e.g. iConnect)
Routinely report progress against selected critical metrics to BUMs, Brand Teams and TAL (both quantitative metrics like market share and NPS as qualitative metrics like NPS and message retention)
**Qualifications** **/ Requirements:**
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree in business, marketing or life sciences preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, highly desirable leading work teams
Experience in healthcare companies is desirable (not mandatory)
Strength in driving tactical execution of commercial strategies
Financial forecasting based on market access information
Experience in building business plans
Ability to lead cross-functional teams without authority
Ability to work within highly matrixed environments and cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Strong skills in building internal and external relationships
Confident coaching skills; ability to define, analyze and provide efficient solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Energetic, self-motivated and pro-active attitude
Personal integrity and honesty
Organization and planning skill
Fluent in English
Trip Percentage: 25% of trips per year.
Requirement: Valid Driver's License.
