This Position reports to:

Marketing & Sales Manager


 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.

This role is contributing to the EL business area in Serbia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve dynamic results while fostering a culture of continuous development.

Strategy Development: Create, plan, and implement the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.

Market Analysis & Growth: Analysis of customer needs and competitor activities to refine the sales strategy and identify new business.

Technical consulting: Support customers in selecting cost-efficient solutions, developing competitive offers and negotiating contracts in coordination with our manufacturing plants.

Performance monitoring: Set and track key performance metrics, address performance gaps and conduct customer surveys to enhance customer satisfaction. 

Collaboration & Marketing: Plan product launches, communicate product benefits and represent the company at trade fairs. Work closely with product management, service, and marketing teams ensuring accurate reporting in Salesforce and other tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the electrical engineering or industrial sectors, with a strong understanding of products, solutions, and market dynamics.

You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or related fields.

Highly adept at working in a complex environment in a fully compliant way, promoting and fostering a culture of integrity

You have exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally.

You are at ease communicating in Serbian and English language

Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as needed.
