We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your professional skills while working with one of the most iconic brands in the world.
This is a six-month contract and involves working on-site four out of five days each week.
About the Role
You will support the execution of marketing and sales strategies that position Disney destinations at the forefront of consumer and travel trade awareness in Spain. The role involves a mix of B2C and B2B responsibilities, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (B2C):
Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing strategiesSupport direct-to-consumer growth through performance tracking and website updatesCoordinate digital creative assets and campaign briefingsPrepare marketing presentations and proposalsMonitor campaign performance and optimize web contentSupport local partnerships and marketing/PR eventsSales (B2B):
Provide inside sales support to Sales ManagersAssist with contract renewals, booking processes, and connectivity projectsTrack campaign results and compile performance reportsContribute to trade marketing materials and point-of-sale assetsManage product updates and communicationsHelp organize sales events including trainings, roadshows, webinars, and fam tripsWhat We’re Looking For
