Your role and responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious team player for our controlling team in Baden. Acting as a finance business partner to the local organization, you will be responsible for a broad range of controlling activities, including business planning, business performance, financial reporting as well as driving commercial excellence. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve the financial performance of our different product groups.
The controlling team in Baden primarily serves the marketing and sales organization of the Electrification Business Area (EL), which markets and sells a wide range of electrification products in Switzerland including charging infrastructure for electrical vehicles, low voltage switchgears, solar string inventors, miniature circuit breakers, switches and socket outlets. The controlling team of Marketing & Sales teams up with the controlling of the local business unit ELSB (Smart Buildings) as well as ELSP (Smart Power) and in this respect covers the financials of reporting unit CHCMC, which develops, manufactures and sells various electrification products.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Run the business planning and forecasting process for Smart Buildings, Smart Power Division Marketing & Sales
Support local management in decision-making with insightful financial reports and analyses
Perform project reviews and related controlling activities
Strongly collaborate with pricing manager to elaborate pricing strategies
Execute month-end closing and reporting activities
Administer and further improve local risk review process
Foster and ensure data quality across the division in finance reporting systems
Drive commercial excellence in coordination with sales managers, product marketing and order handling
Contribute to global projects and initiatives for Electrification and the regional Marketing & Sales organization
Qualifications for the role:
Min. bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or business related
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a multinational controlling department
Good accounting and controlling know-how
Proficiency in German with strong English skills, French skills a plus
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to serve as a business partner to local management
Positive personality with a good team spirit
Good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP), BW/BI and MS Office, Power BI, Office 365
