About this role:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Project Manager in our In-House Agency (wellocreative.com), this role collaborates with key stakeholders to execute project plans and deliver creative assets across marketing channels. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based in either Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN. The Wells Fargo job profile is Marketing Production Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Participate in the planning and management of project timelines for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on digital and specialized channels
Evaluate marketing project goals, monitor progress, and ensure delivery of key milestones
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategies and execution plans
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust timelines as needed
Assign tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of all project phases
Negotiate timelines, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes
Ensure all marketing campaigns comply with brand standards and legal requirements
Partner with vendors to support campaign execution and delivery

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience executing digital marketing projects and concurrent work streams
Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to optimize workflows
Experience applying Agile methodologies within an agency environment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers

600 South 4th Street - Minneapolis, MN ($75,000 to $114,000)
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
