About the role
The Marketing Project Management Intern supports Cosmo Prof Beauty’s corporate marketing team by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. This role exists to help ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, aligned with brand strategy, and executed efficiently while providing the intern with hands-on exposure to marketing operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading professional beauty brand.

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week at the Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, TX.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.Housing, relocation, and transportation assistance are not provided.Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing projects, including campaigns, product launches, events, and content initiatives
Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple marketing workstreams
Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as brand marketing, creative, digital, social, PR, and merchandising teams
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports to support clear communication and visibility
Conduct research and analysis to support marketing planning, competitive insights, and process improvements
Help identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve workflow efficiency within marketing projects
Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management or marketing tools is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize information and provide updates
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment with changing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Interest in marketing operations, brand management, and the professional beauty industry
