Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic Marketing team. This individual will serve as the liaison between the offshore development team and internal stakeholders.
• Process invoices from print vendors and agency partners. Track down missing invoices and work with finance on corrections. Spot check budget documents to ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee agency partner team to QA new source codes in SAP and apply approved testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing deliverables.
• Utilize SAP, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software to streamline marketing operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Analyze operational data to generate insights and reports that inform decision-making unlock efficiency opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met. Discuss customer contracts with the pricing team. Ensure legal has reviewed contracts.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations
• Task Oriented and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in
o Adobe Workfront
o Microsoft Excel
Pivot Tables, VLook Ups, etc.
o Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Previous experience working with or leading a marketing focused testing or QA team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proactive and able to work independently • Experience with SAP
• PMP
• Lean Six Sigma
