Marketing Program Manager II
A client with Kforce is seeking a hybrid Marketing Program Manager II to join their team. This position is Hybrid, required to be in-person 3x/week in the San Diego, CA office (days are flexible). Primary duties include: * Strategic Planning and Program Development: Develop comprehensive program plans that cover all stages of the marketing process, from strategic inception to tech deployment, agency collaboration, campaign launch, and ongoing support * Cross-Functional Coordination: Establish and maintain effective operational rhythms by leading cross-functional meetings and fostering productive collaborations among various stakeholders; These include strategy teams, measurement partners, data science experts, creative teams, publishers, agencies, and other cross-functional groups to drive successful program outcomes * Communication and Decision Making: Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the program to facilitate informed decision-making and appropriate actions that align with the program's goals * Execution and Delivery Management: Oversee and monitor the program's execution, identifying and addressing risks and interdependencies to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outcomes * Resolution and Management: Excel in managing situations of ambiguity and uncertainty by ensuring clarity and direction remain at the forefront of the program's objectives
