Marketing Program Manager, Project Aria
**Summary:** We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager to lead and coordinate marketing execution for Project Aria—a pioneering research device program shaping the future of AI and robotics. This role will bridge strategy and execution, owning go-to-market planning, managing field activations, leading community engagement, and optimizing digital channels to support research partner engagement. You will lead a vendor team that supports this execution. In addition, you’ll work cross-functionally with product, research, ops, legal, and design teams to bring Aria into the world with intention and impact. **Required Skills:** Marketing Program Manager, Project Aria Responsibilities: 1. Lead go-to-market planning and end-to-end program execution for Project Aria across field operations, digital experiences and partner enablement 2. Manage device rollout logistics, on-site activations, and field experiences to ensure a seamless touchpoint for research partners 3. Build and grow the Aria community through thoughtful programming, communication, and support touchpoints 4. Lead vendor teams to ensure high quality execution 5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across research, hardware, software, legal, and design to align program activities with roadmap and strategic priorities 6. Monitor and report on marketing performance and community engagement metrics 7. identify areas for optimization 8. Help shape the narrative of Project Aria through storytelling that bridges research and real-world impact **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 6+ years of experience in marketing program management or GTM roles for technology, hardware, or research products 10. Proven track record of managing community initiatives or engagement programs 11. Experience managing vendor teams or external agency partners 12. Experience in cross-functional communication and organizational skills 13. Experience working in ambiguous environments 14. Familiarity with tooling and operations platforms to support field or partner-facing workflows **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Experience in early-stage product marketing or working with emerging technologies (Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality, wearable tech) 16.
