Location:                     2501 N. Barrington Rd, Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60192. Hybrid remote work permitted. Must report to the company’s Hoffman Estates, IL office 2-3 days per week. Approximately 30% domestic and international travel required.

Salary Range:             $114,400 - $171,600

Position Title:              Product Marketing/Marketing Professional  

Hours:                         Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week

Summary of Duties:    Identify, understand, and s Implement and oversee global marketing initiatives for our Symbia SPECT and SPECT/CT imaging scanners, including creating sales tools and customer-facing materials, such as sales presentations, brochures, videos, web content, social media posts, and other types of digital media; Spearhead the market introduction of new SPECT and SPECT/CT offerings. Serve as an in-depth resource for information on Siemens Healthineers Symbia SPECT-based imaging scanners; Provide sales support and training to the global sales team on an on-going basis; Proactively monitor and adjust marketing measures accordingly; Travel the world as a product ambassador by participating in trade shows, customer visits, trainings, and presentations; Contribute to the product portfolio strategy, e.g. product definition, positioning, pricing, and configuration; Build a collaborative network with key stakeholders (product management, research and development, sales, customers, marketing, regional business management); Work in a team environment that is committed to achieving success; Execute what is needed in the short-term while maintaining a long-term strategic outlook. Hybrid remote work permitted. Must report to the company’s Hoffman Estates, IL office 2-3 days per week. Approximately 30% domestic and international travel required.

Qualifications:             The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, as well as Four (4) years of experience in product marketing, sales, sales support, or acceptable alternate occupation. Alternatively, the position requires a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, as a Product Marketing/Marketing Professional, or an acceptable alternate occupation. The position requires experience with the following skills: product marketing, sales, and/or sales support. Must have experience developing business-to-business (B2B) marketing plans, product messaging, customer-facing materials, internal and external campaigns, and sales training; experience working in the healthcare industry; and knowledge of the molecular imaging/nuclear medicine industry and how related imaging devices operate. Proficiency in Microsoft Word (i.e., formatting documents, incorporating graphs/charts, building templates); Microsoft PowerPoint (i.e., creating custom presentations, including incorporating multimedia and building animations); and Microsoft Excel (i.e., creating unique formulas, using pivot tables, formatting graphs, editing charts).
