You will be responsible for the development and timely delivery of bespoke presentations that support Columbia Threadneedle’s EMEA distribution teams. Your role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all outputs meet brand, governance, and compliance standards. You will also contribute to the creation of standard and corporate presentations, and support APAC business needs as priorities evolve.
Success in this role is closely tied to the ability to engage directly and dynamically with colleagues across teams. While some tasks may be completed independently, the nature of the work benefits significantly from regular in-person collaboration, shared context, and real-time feedback loops—particularly when facilitating stakeholder input and refining presentation narratives.
How you'll spend your time...
Support the development and delivery of bespoke presentations (e.g., webinars, conferences, client pitches), ensuring alignment with brand and compliance standards and delivery within agreed timelines.
Build strong working relationships across marketing, distribution, communications, investment, compliance, and legal teams to understand business needs and manage stakeholder expectations.
Ensure presentation content is accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned.
Own and manage specific projects from brief to execution (e.g., development of a new standard presentation for a fund launch).
Collaborate proactively across the marketing team to support broader strategic initiatives.
Champion presentation best practices to elevate client experience and commercial impact.
Advocate for high-quality bespoke presentation standards across marketing and the wider business.
Provide progress updates and reporting to key stakeholders as needed.
To be successful in this role you will have...
Proven experience in presentation production within asset management.
Advanced PowerPoint skills, including animation and visual storytelling.
Strong design sensibility and ability to craft compelling, audience-focused slides.
Proficiency in Excel for chart creation and data visualization.
Familiarity with workflow tools; experience with Seismic is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in team-oriented, often in-person environments.
Solid project management and organizational capabilities.
Operationally focused and process-driven.
Understanding of asset management products and industry.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ownership.
Curiosity and commitment to staying current with marketing and industry trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including foundational copywriting ability and content development expertise.
