The Regional Media & Marketing Manager will be responsible for Tier 2 (Ad Group) Planning and Strategy within the Central Region, with the goal of maximizing the effectiveness of the regional Advertising Association funds. The candidate will be the primary liaison between the regional management team and the Ad Group partner agency. The RMM will lead the development, implementation, presentation and optimization of all Ad Group media plans within the Central Region. These plans will be inclusive of the following media tactics: Digital, Social, Video, TV, Radio, Auto Shows and Events. Plans will be presented quarterly to the Ad Groups for dealer concurrence before implementation (presentations will rotate between in-person and virtual) . This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and will be based out of the Central Region.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, brand positioning, digital media, and/or media strategy. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex reporting data and make data-driven media planning decisions. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies Strong leadership and communications skills (written and verbal) Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills. Executive level presentation skills Must possess advanced proficiency in Powerpoint and excel Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the Central territory / market.
