Marketing Payments Specialist
to join our Marketing & Sales team in our Szentendre office.
What are the requirements for this position?
Fluency in English
Persistent attitude, tolerance of monotony - excellent administrative skills
Accuracy, attention to detail, sense of priorities
Good communication/relationship building skills, ability to work as part of a team
Strong business and customer focus
Analytical mindset, structured thinking, ability to understand and improve processes
Ability to understand a complex, market specific payment programs
Good Microsoft Office user knowledge
Good command of Spanish/Italian/German/French is an advantage
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
Work experience in Marketing/Sales/Finance is a plus
Occasional travel within Europe may be required
MPS2 program authoring experience is an advantage

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Manage Variable Dealer Margin program setup in a dedicated system (MPS2) including program writing, testing and checking against original intent of business paper
Effectively communicate with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Teams to be aware of all key issues
Control dealer payments, check vehicle’s eligibility (payment release)
Administer and process payment queries
Assist Marketing/Sales/Finance with reports to effectively manage the Variable Dealer Margin programs – support the preparation of sales and payment reports
Eligibility and compliant dealer list management in HERMES
Objective target and program management in HERMES and MPS2
Deviation request management
Participate on market alignment meetings
Actively participate in developing new processes/templates
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements (lnternal Control)
