EA SPORTS is looking for a strategic, brand-minded marketing leader to help shape how the Madden NFL franchise shows up across football culture—through dynamic partnerships with NFL clubs and go-to-market strategies. You will report to the Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships. 

You'll develop brand-forward campaigns and activations in collaboration with NFL club partners, working at the intersection of sports marketing, brand strategy, and cultural relevance. You'll lead the annual NFL club marketing plan and collaborate cross-functionally across EA's Franchise Marketing, Publishing, and Studio teams to build programs that drive:

Brand storytelling and cultural resonance

Fan engagement and audience growth

Strategic alignment with important league and franchise moments

Commercial performance and platform innovation


Responsibilities:

Lead Brand Strategy with NFL Club Partners - Develop marketing strategies that unlock new audiences and build long-term brand value—by connecting Madden to real football moments, fans, and communities.

Deliver Integrated, Culture-Driven Activations - Lead ideation and execution of club-led marketing projects, campaigns, and content that align with cultural moments and drive brand engagement.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work with Franchise Marketing, Creative, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure brand consistency, insight-led decision-making, and best-in-class execution.

Support Operational Excellence - Oversee budgets, contracts, and timelines with precision—ensuring club marketing partnerships are optimized, efficient, and built to scale.

Deliverables

Annual Club Marketing Plan: Shape and lead the strategic roadmap for Madden NFL partner marketing activity that puts Madden at the epicenter of football culture.

Creative + Content Oversight: Guide the development of partner-facing assets in collaboration with creative and production teams.

Real-Time Opportunities: Identify and activate breakthrough moments in partnership with NFL clubs and partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing or partnerships, ideally in sports, entertainment, or gaming

Experience collaborating with cross-functional, matrixed teams to inform and execute strategy

Experience writing campaign and content briefs for internal/external teams

Familiarity with co-promotional contracts and partnership agreements

Knowledge of football and cultural relevance of the NFL

Experience in gaming or related fields (sports, media, entertainment)
