Marketing Partner Specialist
You will report to: Director Marketing Americas

Role Description
You will develop an understanding of RA partner GTM programs, customer segments, industries and partners. You will support partners with tools and enabling campaigns to support demand generation strategies with partners. You will be the primary marketing contact for the tools that support the Partner execution, ensuring a smooth and productive partner relationships by managing daily activities. You will work with the internal partner team (Market Access) participating in regular team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. You will also be the primary marketing contact for the Partner Marketing Managers that drive the partner marketing strategy, to support the annual joint marketing plans and programs in collaboration with the partners. You will constantly monitor performance and results and drive reviews to improve and address challenges. Your role supports driving a streamlined and efficient partner ecosystem that steers the growth of Rockwell Automation's businesses within USA and Canada.
Responsibilities
Manage the co-marketing program, inclusive of tools, processes and reporting to drive demandCreate SOPs for processes touching partner marketingMeasure effectiveness of programs and campaigns, including lead managementTrack content usageParticipates in strategic planning discussions with executive marketing and sales partner management teams to give input into integrated partner marketing plansSupports quarterly reviews with partnersWorks closely with the Market Access team and territory team at RA to identify business prioritiesSupport joint marketing plans with partnersWork with RA global marketing to improve effectiveness and drive resultsSupports partner marketing onboarding and enablementSupports premier NA company events beforehand, onsite, and post eventParticipates in partner communication activitiesPromote teamwork and collaboration across multiple functions and business units, always with the partner/customer in mindRequisitions:
5+ years of relevant work experience in partner or alliance marketing, solution marketing, demand generation in industrial or high-tech companies3+ years of experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with partners in AmericasBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of studyDemonstrated success in marketing roles that are partner-facing and field-facingBusiness partnering capability to get alignment with sales organization and partners on marketing planAbility to navigate and resolve complex situations involving multiple stakeholdersAdvanced planning and organization capabilities for execution of prioritiesAble to balance between providing strategic oversight and hands-on executionEnglish FluencyAbility to travel regionallyFamiliarity with ZiftOne, Salesforce CRM and PowerBI.
