As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the marketing automation tech stack, with a particular focus on HubSpot. You will streamline and optimize marketing processes to improve data flow, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is essential in enabling our marketing team to scale efficiently while making data-driven decisions that drive revenue and growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment. Strong expertise in HubSpot, including experience with integration, automation, and lead management workflows. Experience with Salesforce, Drift, LeadIQ, Chili Piper and other B2B SaaS tools is a plus. Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting, with a track record of using data to drive performance improvements. Experience implementing and optimizing marketing automation processes to support lead generation and nurture strategies. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for operational efficiency and data accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.Compensation and Benefits:
