The Marketing Operations Intern supports the operational, analytical, and execution side of marketing--helping ensure campaigns, materials, and processes are delivered accurately, on time, and at scale. What You'll Do + Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles, and trainings + Support the operational execution of marketing initiatives across retail locations + Assist with: + Campaign coordination and timelines + Marketing calendars and project tracking + Organization and distribution of marketing materials + Create and maintain reports, analyze metrics, and summarize performance results + Support data entry, documentation, and process improvement initiatives + Assist in creating internal materials, guides, and presentations + Communicate with internal teams and retail locations via email and phone to support marketing needs + Share ideas to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and execution + Complete a marketing operations --focused project and present final recommendations to senior leadership What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications : + Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field + Strong organizational and time management skills + Comfortable working with data, reports, and detailed processes + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong attention to detail and follow-through Work Environment The position is based in an office environment, requiring periods of sitting and the operation of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other office tools . Work hours are typically 8-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed .
