**What you’ll do:**
This position is to define and implement capcitor product strategies, expand product portfolio, quotation/proposal/bidding management, make and manage marketing approaches, support/pull/push sales force to optimize sales/ profits/market share for breaker products across global market.
+ Own APAC Capacitor product line sales revenue and profit target of the product line. Lead the profit planning and strategic planning processes for the line. Define and implement short and long term product line strategies to optimize sales and profit in global reactive power compensation and harmonic filter market.
+ Pipeline managment and responsible for monthly order in-take forecast and opportunities chasing.
+ Manage China market customer service representitive, and cooperate deeply with overseas project manager on project execuation, responsible to provide montly sales forecast and pursuing its accuracy.
+ Technical/application support for all inquiries before PO awarded.
+ Work on commercial side of new product development with RD team, be key contributor to define competitive product development roadmap.
+ Develop digital features in capacitor, APF, SVG and DVR products. Work with RD team to drive capacitor product line digitalization upgrade.
+ Dig out opportunity segment orientied solutions combining different products.
+ Develop and implement pricing and special price strategies for control product line. Manage price realization objectives.
+ Align manufacturing strategies with customer needs cross APAC and work with R&D department and/or plant management to implement these objectives.
+ Develop and manage channels and their capability with relative departments to accelerate product sales growth, also development of new channel to penetrate IEC market.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor or Master Degree in electrical specialty.
+ 8+ years related experience in marketing, sales, or similar role within the electrical industry.
+ Product and project management experience , R&D and marketing background.
+ Profound knowledge of capacitor or electrical product.
+ Fluent verbal and written communications skills.
+ Proficient English skills in verbal and written.
+ Strong organizational/time management skills and close attention to detail.
+ Strong commitment to deliver value to the business & customer.
