About the Role
Reporting to the Export Director, Latin America, the Senior Marketing Manager, Export will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive demand generation across more than 45 distributors throughout Latin America. This role is critical to elevating the marketing maturity of the Export business, enabling channel partners, and accelerating growth in priority verticals.
You will be the first dedicated marketing leader within the Export organization, giving you unique influence, visibility, and the opportunity to build high‑impact processes from the ground up.
This position is part of the Latin America Export Team, based in Bogotá, Colombia, and operates in a hybrid work model.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
· Developing and executing digital marketing programs that drive lead generation and demand across Latin America.
· Collaborating closely with 45+ distribution partners to strengthen their marketing capabilities, ensure adoption of available tools, and influence investment in marketing activities.
· Adapting and deploying global Hach/Veralto digital assets, content, and campaigns across diverse markets.
· Coordinating marketing initiatives for priority verticals.
· Managing and updating digital content, including website assets, data sheets, and digital catalogs.
· Ensuring distributors have access to, and actively use, marketing tools and resources to drive visibility and demand.
· Partnering with cross‑functional teams in the U.S. and Europe to bring best practices and digital tools into the region.
·Acting as part of the Export Leadership Team, contributing to strategic discussions and the Blue Market LatAm strategy.
The essential requirements of the job include:
5+ years of marketing experience in industrial, scientific, laboratory, or related B2B sectors. Proven experience in digital marketing, including content adaptation, campaign deployment, and demand generation. Experience working with industrial clients or channel/distributor models managing marketing activities across multiple Latin American markets. Full English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken). Ability to navigate and use digital marketing platforms, including familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
