Role PurposeAs Marketing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of brand and campaign activity, ensuring our storytelling, content and influencer strategies are aligned, dynamic, and distinctly on brand. With a strong social-first mindset, you’ll bring energy and creative vision to every touchpoint — from campaign planning to content production — helping to bring our brand to life in a fresh and engaging way.
Role ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, and influencer channelsDevelop social media presence on Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube as well as increasing reach across Instagram and Facebook and any new and upcoming platformsSupport and optimise both paid and organic social media performance, understanding what drives engagement and resultsEvolve the influencer strategy, cultivating relationships with new talent and ensuring meaningful partnershipsAct as a brand guardian, maintaining voice and visual identity across all marketing channelsCoordinate brand brochures ensuring the creative is up to date, liaising with NEXT for production and distributionBrief and direct social shoots, from initial briefing through to on-set direction including behind the scenes footage Bring product stories to life through engaging, audience-first content that focuses on the journey of motherhood and lifestyle alongside fashionStay ahead of cultural and social trends, identifying relevant creators, moments and content opportunitiesReport on campaign performance with a balance of creative insight and data analysis - use to make future recommendations for improvementWork closely with buying, merchandising and design teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with product launches and design detailBuild and develop the relationship with NEXT creative, ecommerce and marketing teams to ensure a seamless execution across all channelsManage external PR agency in the delivery of press events and influencer marketingYou’ll have the opportunity to travel for shoots which will be a key part of capturing authentic behind-the-scenes contentYour TalentExperience in a similar marketing or brand role, ideally within fashion, beauty or retail sectorsStrong social-first mindset with a passion for content, culture, and storytellingProven ability to brief and direct content creation across TikTok and InstagramKeen trend-spotter with a sharp eye for new influencers, platforms, and visual directionsExcellent copywriting skills and a clear understanding of brand tone of voiceConfident using performance insights to guide content and strategy decisionsHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace with cross-functional teamsPassion and keen interest in creating lifestyle content around motherhood alongside fashion
