Job DescriptionAllied Universal® is hiring a Marketing Manager - Recruiting. The Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing team, responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that improve lead generation for new business, brand building, customer retention and cross-selling. The Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving operational efficiency through hands-on execution of marketing initiatives, implementing customer engagement strategies that deliver measurable results, maximizing marketing’s contribution to revenue through tactical full-funnel campaign delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Creation:
Ideate, develop, and manage marketing programs from campaign planning and audience segmentation to execution, measurement, and optimizationExecute multi-touch, multi-channel marketing campaigns and conduct post-program analysis to review results against objectives, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROISupport recruitment efforts by implementing new employment brand across career site, social, and hiring sitesContent Development:
Manage content development and partner with subject-matter experts on targeted messaging that resonates with various audiencesCreate compelling content including eBooks, white papers, website content, emails, blog posts, newsletters, webinars, sales collateral, PowerPoint sales presentations, and advertisementsOnline Marketing:
Experience editing and optimizing website messaging, assets, and landing pages with SEO/GEO strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, web, and sales enablement, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.By infusing the core values of agility, reliability, caring, teamwork, integrity, safety, and innovation into your
leadership and management approach, you will succeed in your role and contribute to the positive culture and
growth of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field of studyMinimum of five (5) years marketing experience (B2B Marketing preferred)Minimum of two (2) years of corporate marketing department experienceExperience developing and/or managing brand building, thought leadership and lead generation content for a wide of media channels: Website, email, events & sponsorships, PR/Publicity, trade shows, social media, collateral, advertising (digital and offline), direct mail, webinars, video, white papers, etc.Strong writing skills with attention to detail and solid proofreading abilitiesDesign and build experience of website content strategy, HTML familiarity preferredExperience with reporting - Salesforce, GA4, understanding of attribution modelsStrong expertise in inbound/outbound marketing tactics, website content layout, and data analysisDriven and self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and poise; ability to work well with executives, team members, and customersAbility to assemble a creative brief, prioritize tasks, and manage projects through to completionStrong proficiency in communication (oral and written), well organized, able to multi-taskAbility to adapt to new situations, processes, and directionsProficient computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (like Marketo), CRM tools (like Salesforce), and project management tools (like Wrike)Familiarity with design tools (like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) and web tools (like WordPress and Drupal)BENEFITS:
Base Salary $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonusMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law#LI-26
