We are seeking a Marketing Associate Manager to lead the agenda for the Pepsi-Lipton Partnership Iced Tea portfolio – one of PepsiCo’s most important growth portfolios - and to champion its growth and profitability in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your Marketing experience with accountability to champion the growth and profitability of the of the Pepsi-Lipton Partnership by leading and executing commercial and innovation plans. A change leader and influencer, this role will build a strategic vision, set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results. Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning process for the Iced Tea Portfolio (Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Business Review) ensuring it is robust, and consumer validated. Collaborate strategically with cross functional teams on the marketing planning process for Iced Tea portfolio ensuring the delivery of superior consumer centric innovation. Lead commercialization of innovation platforms through evaluation and financial assessment of the operational/manufacturing footprint across the different brands/businesses. Own and lead the Pepsi-Lipton customer planning process for the portfolio ensuring the delivery of superior below-the-line and in-store marketing activities Wire and collaborate with the US Brand Teams & Global Pepsi-Lipton Team to ensure shared learnings and strategic alignment for growth maximization Stay connected and work jointly within US and Global PLP matrix to deliver consumer/financial assessments Qualifications Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Business degree preferred) 5+ years experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing Possesses an intimate knowledge and understanding, along with a passion for Marketing Proven track record of analyzing data to inform strategic decisions Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels Highly business-savvy with a keen eye for opportunities.
