As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that maximize impact across Amazon’s paid media investments and O&O placements. You will work closely with internal teams, including Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Creative, to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical rigor to scale customer acquisition efficiently.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop and own Paid Media strategy (including Paid ads, influencers, paid search and organic social) to drive efficient customer acquisition.
* Manage Owned & Operated channels (onsite placements and CRM)
* Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, continuously improving key marketing KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
* Partner with Business Intelligence to define and track success metrics, reporting on campaign performance with a test-and-learn approach.
* Collaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
* Work cross-functionally with Product and Tech teams to align marketing efforts with new feature launches and customer experience enhancements.
* Identify new channel opportunities to diversify and scale marketing efforts beyond existing investments.
