Marketing Manager International - Global Products – Toxicology

Abbott’s Toxicology business is recruiting for a dynamic Marketing Manager Global Products – Toxicology across International.

Based from our Maidenhead office, you will contribute to the sales growth of Global Products across the key markets and lead a small team (second-line leadership) working across all levels within the Public Health, Local Authority and private healthcare provider settings.

What you’ll do

Build and lead strategy development and marketing execution for international markets to achieve sales and margin planDevelop specific strategies for the priority focused countries and support associated campaigns and tacticsLead and develop the International marketing team (to include marketing communications, product management, graphic development) as well as being the key stakeholder contact for the R&D organisationAct as key International marketing lead on the Global Products Marketing CouncilRepresent voice of business marketing requirements upstream and down streamDrive and execute yearly Global marketing plan development cycle and execution strategy at part of total Toxicology business unitBuild compelling value propositions and train and support the sales organization on content deliveryAssess and present business cases for portfolio expansion products and servicesSupport Global Product portfolio development strategy and executionCompetitive assessment and development of tactics to differentiate and best position the businessKey opinion leader development and life cycle managementLead industry led coalitions, review boards and workshops

What you’ll need:

Secondary degree desirable (MBA, MSc.)Significant experience of down-stream channel marketingIdeally experience in healthcare marketing or product marketingProduct portfolio management of value >$50 MM USDSuccessful experience of product launchesExperience of business development and implementation of growth strategies, ideally across multi-geographies and in fast-moving businessesKey opinion leader and customer testimony life cycle managementSales and marketing automation knowledgePrior leadership experienceStrong interpersonal skillsFinancial forecasting / sales & operating plan experience
