Location: Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $38.84 - 39.84 per hourWe are seeking a skilled and highly organized Marketing Programs & Channels Manager to execute comprehensive marketing plans and drive our channel development efforts. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage a diverse mix of online and offline initiatives, from email and paid media to physical events and in-store promotions. You will be a key contributor responsible for supporting our sales channels and ensuring our programs are effective, measurable, and aligned with our business goals.Responsibilities: Marketing Plan Execution: Implement and manage our comprehensive marketing plans. This includes hands-on program management of all demand and lead generation tactics across a wide range of channels, such as our digital properties (.com, apps, search), email, direct mail, paid media, and cross-channel campaigns. Sales Channel Support: Provide ongoing support for our alternate sales channels, including service centers, in-home tech support, and promotional events. You'll ensure these channels are equipped with the marketing materials they need to succeed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central point of coordination, working closely with internal partners, corporate teams, and external vendors. You will ensure seamless alignment and execution across all initiatives. Program Analysis: Develop and support the necessary campaign tracking and measurement methodologies. You'll be responsible for conducting ongoing performance analysis to generate weekly and monthly reports and provide actionable insights. Budget Management: Assist with the development of the marketing budget and support expense management, ensuring all program spending is tracked and optimized. Experience & Qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of executing marketing programs. Demonstrated experience working with both online and offline marketing channels. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams and external partners. Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure campaign performance.
