The Marketing Manager I/II, Omnichannel HCP Marketing – Rheumatology is responsible for designing, developing, and executing omnichannel strategies and programs that drive engagement and brand growth for RINVOQ within AbbVie’s Rheumatology portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of personal and digital promotion, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional partners—including brand leads, medical, regulatory, omnichannel strategy, BTS, sales force, field training, media, analytics, and operations—to ensure a seamless and impactful HCP experience. You will also work closely with your indication counterparts to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing across the portfolio. Additionally, you will:
Key Responsibilities Include:
Translate brand strategy into omnichannel marketing plans that reflect the distinct positioning of RINVOQ across multiple indications, while aligning to broader rheumatology brand objectivesPartner with brand, field, and omnichannel teams to integrate personal and digital tactics across the HCP journey, ensuring consistency and relevance at every touchpointCollaborate with indication leads across RA, AS, AxSpA, PsA, and GCA to drive strategic alignment, share best practices, and build scalable frameworks across the Rheumatology portfolioLead the development and deployment of insight-driven, channel-appropriate, and personalized contentWork with media and analytics partners to monitor omnichannel performance, report on key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and engagementManage omnichannel agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goalsIdentify and scale new channel opportunities, tools, and technologies that can enhance HCP engagement and program effectivenessSupport omnichannel budget planning, tracking, and forecasting in close partnership with finance and procurementContribute to internal communications and training initiatives to increase omnichannel fluency and cross-functional understanding

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industriesStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, collaboration, and project management skillsExperience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsStrong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-throughPreferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Health Communication, or related fieldFamiliarity with HCP marketing, modular content, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva), and omnichannel analyticsExperience navigating matrixed organizations and cross-indication collaborationKey AbbVie Competencies:

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
