Job Purpose: A Hematology Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for products related to hematology, which is the branch of medicine concerned with the study, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases related to blood You will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of hematology products by effectively reaching and engaging healthcare professionals and patients, ultimately contributing to the growth and profitability of the business. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career; these responsibilities include some of the following: Key Responsibilities: Prepare for GSK new Hematology product launches in Saudi Arabia. Be a strong team player of the Oncology cross-functional team, act as a role model to their colleagues, coach, give and receive feedback to ensure the continuous growth of the team. Establish strong connections with the Oncology Key Opinion Leaders and ensure delivering the best customer experience. Co-create the brand strategy and integrated campaigns. Work closely with the global and regional teams to ensure alignment on the local strategy and operational plans. Prepare and execute the marketing P2P educational programs, ensuring the brand message delivery and understanding of best candidate patients for our medications. Prepare and execute the access and reimbursement plans, including working with the different stakeholders to ensure patients' access to GSK's medications. Manage GSK sponsorship to the local congresses, work with the different healthcare societies to build GSK Oncology advocacy and reputation. Unlock the business opportunities and demonstrate a growth mindset and vision of 2-4 years. Spend 50% of their time in the field to connect customers, support the sales team and ensure a deep understanding of the market insights and dynamics. Ensure resources allocation is in line with the decided priorities. Orchestrate all activities being implemented at the customer level to ensure end-to-end brand management. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. 4+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong track record of performance. Current experience as Oncology/Hematology Brand Manager is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
