For more information, visit www.pepsico.com. We are looking to hire the Marketing Manager for Energy Portfolio, Energy drinks are one of the fastest growing categories in all of beverages. PepsiCo Canada has a strong portfolio of brands and big aspirations for growth in the energy category. The Rockstar brand is the #3 play in energy and looking to accelerate growth and share with accelerated marketing plans. This role will also manage the partnership with the high growth brand of Celsius. A leader and influencer, this role will build a strategic vision for the portfolio, set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results. As a motivator and coach, the Marketing Manager will lead two direct report to drive the overall agenda for the portfolio. Responsibilities Positively influence organization to drive focus and momentum behind energy portfolio to solidify share growth for PEP Energy driven by Rockstar acceleration Lead the strategic planning and execution for our energy portfolio within the context of our total corporate strategic plan Lead communication and media strategy as well as the development & execution of marketing plans/activities on time and on budget Independently lead cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution of innovation and initiatives at retail Work closely with US/ Global Marketing teams Lead IAT teams and maintain strong agency relationships. Lead & drive Celsius partnership Agenda (business & comms) working closely with key partnerships team Liaise with key partners (FOBOs, ACL, Field Sales & Key Account teams) to leverage DSD capability and optimize programs Deliver volume & NR commitments across energy portfolio Monitor portfolio performance on a period basis to proactively identify course corrections and or new opportunities Effectively manage A&M budget Build team capability and challenge processes for efficiency & effectiveness Manage, motivate, coach and develop direct reports Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer packaged goods marketing 2+ years of demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing others Strong conception and fundamental strategic thinking skills Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels Demonstrated ability to win through superior consumer marketing, ability to build a brand from its core Proven ability to lead agency relationships to achieve gold standard results
