Marketing Manager – Classics Essentials

We are seeking a pragmatic, strategic, and results-oriented Hotel Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across Rooms, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and Spa (where applicable) for our Classics or Essentials branded hotels. This role is ideal for a resourceful and commercially focused marketer who understands how to effectively connect with today’s value-driven and efficiency-minded travelers.

Working alongside the UK marketing, communications and digital cluster, which currently overseas six UK properties, this role will work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Corporate Marketing teams. You will help ensure consistent brand expression, maximise digital performance, and deliver campaigns that drive tangible business impact - positioning the hotel as a trusted choice for business and leisure guests alike.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Hyatt’s brand values while reflecting local demand and guest preferences.

Manage and optimise the hotel’s digital presence (Hyatt.com, Google, OTAs, and third-party platforms), ensuring content and offers are accurate and engaging.

Plan and deliver campaigns across Rooms, Spa, and MICE segments in collaboration with Sales, Revenue, and digital teams.

Oversee content creation, photo/video shoots, and brand asset management to maintain consistent and high-quality representation.

Monitor online reputation and coordinate timely, brand-aligned responses to guest feedback.

Drive local engagement through partnerships, community activations, and event-related promotions.

Provide branded materials to support hotel departments and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Report on marketing performance and booking trends, sharing insights and recommendations with hotel leadership.

Work collaboratively with the wider UK marcomms team to deliver successful marketing campaigns across all aspects of the hotel including FB.

A collaborative team player, you work seamlessly with Sales, Revenue, and Operations to deliver impactful campaigns that support business goals.
