The Jeep & Chrysler Brand Marketing Manager in the Central Business Center will lead current and future vehicles in defining and optimizing marketing strategies, sales, digital performance, incentives and communications to dealers. This individual will be the lead manager for the Jeep & Chrysler brand and will be accountable for delivering monthly retail sales and share objectives, while focusing on the regional development of the brand and product awareness. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to use data to clearly identify market trends and make recommendations to Business Center Senior Leadership in delivering defined results, as well as work cross-functionally with Sales & Supply Chain to execute Business Center initiatives. The role will require creative thinking, flexibility with daily time management, strong analytical abilities/presentation/communication skills and confidence with proposing results-driving initiatives to a variety of audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or product strategy Automotive industry experience High proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint & Excel Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent time management and quantitative/analytical skills Ability to develop and deliver strategic/tactical plans through executive level presentations Communicate effectively with senior management and large groups of stakeholders including dealers and headquarters Motivated and outgoing individual who wants to develop within Stellantis
