Marketing Manager (Central Brand)

At SumUp, we’re building a world where every business can thrive. Our Central Brand & Marketing team is essential to driving long-term growth — shaping our global brand, delivering high-impact above-the-line (ATL) campaigns, and experimenting with new marketing channels that help us connect with merchants everywhere.

We own globally coordinated campaigns (e.g., Valentine’s Day), manage brand consistency across markets, and explore new growth opportunities within our “productivity zone” (like direct mailing).

We’re now seeking a Marketing Manager who will act as the glue between our teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and our brand shines consistently across every channel.

About the role

The Marketing Manager will support the Central Brand Marketing team by planning, coordinating, and optimising global campaigns and initiatives. You’ll keep our marketing machine running on time, on budget, and in sync with our strategy.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves connecting the dots across complex projects, and has the confidence to remove blockers before they become issues.

What you’ll do

Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives by managing the central calendar, defining deliverables, and anticipating risks

Set clear campaign structures with timelines, responsibilities, and mitigation plans to keep projects on track

Build robust reporting systems to track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements

Facilitate post-campaign reviews to embed learnings and continuously optimise results

Strengthen cross-team collaboration by aligning with Product, Sales, Retail, and Marketing stakeholders

Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all channels

Serve as the central connector for cross-functional efforts, removing blockers and streamlining processes

Deliver campaigns with impact (on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards)

Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability that drives alignment and effective execution

You’ll be great for this role if

3-5+ years' experience in marketing project management, campaign coordination, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing or international company Strong organisational skills with experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A keen eye for brand consistency and creative quality Data-driven mindset, with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to changing priorities
