Marketing Manager B2B
Buscamos un/a Marketing Manager B2B con 5+ años en tecnología con modelo de ventas SaaS y al menos 3 liderando generación de demanda y un equipo pequeño, habituado/a a ciclos consultivos medios/largos y a entornos con alto coste de cambio.
Debe dominar marketing inbound/SEO, Marketing de pago B2B (LinkedIn y Google), webinars y partnerships con otras empresas, así como gestión end-to-end de leads (ICP, MQL/SQL, lead scoring, nurturing y handoff a Ventas); cómodo/a trabajando con KPIs como CAC, payback, LTV/CAC, MQL→SQL, SQL→Win, demo rate y conversión de landing pages.
Hibrido en Palma de Mallorca.
