Key areas of focus for this role include: Marketing Develop and execute merchandising activities to support promotional events and marketing campaigns. Design, lead and implement customer experience enhancement/improvement projects. Create and analyze performance metrics and drive business decisions about future direction. Partner with various technical and business teams to build supporting automation. Project Management Define the strategic roadmap to improve Customer Experience. Influence program roadmaps and technical teams and manage key stakeholders worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong business judgment, experience in marketing, a track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration, and excellent analytical capabilities.
