The Bank and Trust Services Product Marketing team leads end-to-end marketing programs that connect clients to Schwab’s banking, trust, and lending solutions. We partner closely with the business to shape client experiences, build awareness, and drive adoption across Schwab’s ecosystem. In this role, your work will directly influence how millions of investors engage with an iconic, client-focused brand and make confident financial decisions.
In this role, you will lead and deliver integrated marketing strategies for Bank and Trust Services products. This role blends strategic thinking with hands on execution and offers the opportunity to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization while making a meaningful impact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with business and marketing stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into clear, effective marketing strategies Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from concept through launch and optimization Serve as a trusted liaison across marketing, product, and cross functional partners to deliver integrated, client centered marketing plans Manage day-to-day collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including channel owners, creative agencies, publishing, DDC, marketing effectiveness, and tagging teams Provide strong project management across creative development, timelines, dependencies, and delivery to ensure high quality execution Bring a client first mindset to every initiative, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Schwab’s brand and valuesPlease Note: We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on-site in the specified location(s). This role is expected to be in the office a minimum of 4 days a week.

Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of progressive marketing experience across multiple channels and tacticsProven experience partnering with and managing creative agencies to deliver high quality workBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceDemonstrated ability to plan and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives from concept through launchPreferred Qualifications:
