Marketing Manager
Columbus Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Marketing Manager.   Key Responsibilities:  • Develops and executes marketing tactics and strategy that enhances the awareness of the Grande Dunes brand and communicates the story and ongoing execution of the Sales & Marketing Plan working collaboratively with onsite club management, Board and Committee, and Troon Corporate team.  • Drives the content development and facilitates production of all membership related materials, including but not limited to prospecting, onboarding and retention efforts.   • Leads the content, production/packaging, and delivery of a thorough and accurate onboarding of every new member, ensuring that:   o The process follows a structured plan   o The materials are professionally presented   o The orientation agenda includes key department leads   o The member gains an understanding of every element of the club • Manages Grande Dunes social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and ensures delivery of consistent, high quality and engaging content; reflective of the club brand.  • Develops a communication plan which outlines all Club communications from emails to newsletters.   • Designs and executes a monthly Club newsletter, which features content from each department.  • Engaged with the Grande Dunes website platform in the following capacities:    -Updates calendars, events, menus, hours of operation, event albums etc.       -Coordinates, edits and sends email communications on behalf of Club Departments, Boards and Committees.     Qualifications: • Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) • Excellent oral and written communication skills  • Creative with an eye for design  • Strong organizational skills: time management, attention to detail, ability to self-start   • Able to multi-task and produce high-quality results with strict deadlines • Team player: ability to work in cooperatively with other departments, committees and boards to attain club goals.   • Proficient on social media platforms  • Familiarity with a Club system software is preferred
