Job DescriptionMinor Hotels is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of commercial retail campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
Working within our central marketing team and based full-time at our Brisbane Head Office, this role plays an important part in driving commercial retail campaigns to support achieving business-led revenue targets. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to bring campaigns to life, ensuring activity is well-executed, on-brand and delivering measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the end-to-end development and delivery of tactical multi-channel campaignsUse customer insights, consumer trends and performance data to define campaign activityAssist in the creation of clear and effective campaign briefs for creative and media agenciesSupport senior leaders in delivering the commercial retail campaign calendar and coordinate activity across teamsEnsure creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectivesCoordination of media planning, budget management and campaign optimisationCoordinate campaign execution, ensuring accuracy, timelines and attention to detailTrack performance and prepare reporting, insights and ROI analysisCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with business prioritiesIdentify opportunities to improve campaign processes and efficiencySupport with ad-hoc marketing requirements across commercial needs QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related discipline3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign-focused roleExperience supporting national or multi-site campaignsStrong skills in campaign coordination, creative briefing and reportingGood understanding of digital and social media performanceConfident working with agencies and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong organisational and project coordination skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate resultsCollaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
