**About the Role**
**Duties**
+ Promote on-brand communication across traditional, digital, and social media channels to enhance the hotel’s image
+ Create direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to boost consumer awareness, preference, and market share
+ Highlight Food & Beverage offerings to both hotel guests and local patrons through creative campaigns
+ Build strong partnerships with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing and selling efforts
+ Manage a mix of marketing activities, including eCommerce initiatives and public relations (PR) for the property
+ Contribute to driving property sales and revenue strategy, increasing social media engagement, and leveraging resources for impactful campaigns
**Skills & Experience**
+ Unrestricted working rights for Australia
+ 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years’ experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferredOR
+ 4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred
