We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness, demand, and growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution — someone who’s equally comfortable managing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and diving into performance metrics. This role supports marketing for all business lines (hospice, home health, and palliative) and corporate departments (recruiting, human resources, sales, etc.)

You’ll play a key role in turning business objectives into integrated marketing programs that support both corporate initiatives and local market needs.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and print channelsManage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-brand executionPartner closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing efforts with growth goalsOversee content development, including messaging, creative briefs, and asset productionManage agency and vendor relationships, including creative, promotional, and print partnersSupport local market marketing efforts with scalable, brand-compliant tools and resourcesManages day-to-day communications and assignments with external and internal stakeholders, including agencies and operational departmentsTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance; use insights to optimize resultsEnsure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and regulatory/compliance requirementsStay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing best practices About You

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated campaign executionStrong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, email, social)Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional teams and external vendorsData-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance metrics and KPIsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHealthcare, multi-location, or B2B/B2C hybrid experience is a plus

 

Strong skills in the following areas:

Lytho Workflow or similar creative project management experienceMicrosoft Teams and Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Team player, positive attitude, self-starterAbility to think through projects and assess resourcesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenHighly detailed and organized We Offer
