Marketing Manager

Airswift is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our clients team (Drilling Services company) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
This position will play a key role in developing the Brazilian market, building relationships with oil companies, and managing bidding processes for drilling and workover services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the Brazilian market for drilling and workover services. Liaise with oil companies in Brazil to explore cooperation opportunities. Organize bidding processes and prepare technical and commercial bid documents. Conduct market research on service pricing and formulate pricing proposals. Ensure compliance with Brazilian energy industry policies, environmental regulations, and bidding laws. Represent the company in meetings and industry events to promote services. Monitor cost structures and assist in commercial cost estimation. Requirements Brazilian citizen or valid local residency status in compliance with labor laws. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors related to oil and gas exploration and development preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 3 years in market development. Previous experience with Big Four oilfield service companies, international oil companies, or leading local energy companies in Brazil. Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Brazil. Familiarity with Brazilian energy policies, environmental regulations, and bidding laws. Proficiency in cost estimation and tender document preparation.

Location: Rio de Janeiro, with occasional business trips across Brazil.
Employment Type: Full-time.
