A Marketing Manager, is responsible for the overall advertising and public relations of the Resort.
What will I be doing?
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing planning and execution strategies for the resort, supporting the Commercial Director/Manager in the development, management, and execution of all aspects of marketing and branding. This includes Marketing Budgets, Social Media, Websites, Digital & Print Advertising, Collateral, Video/Photography Assets, etc., to maximize exposure, achieve budget, increase revenues, and grow market share.
As a Marketing Manager Ad/Public Relations, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Conduct market research, surveys, and analytics on service levels, product concepts, and marketing performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Hospitality/Resort Management (Master’s or professional marketing certifications preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in resorts, hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands.Strong experience in digital marketing, analytics, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, website management, CRM tools, and AI marketing tools.Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing tools.Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, develop campaigns, and measure ROI.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.Fluency in English is required; Portuguese and Spanish are strongly preferredSkills & Competencies
Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in AI-driven marketing platforms, digital analytics tools, and creative/design software.
