Location: Nottingham, Full-Time
Contract: 6 month secondment / contract

About the role:

As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Boots UK, you will drive the strategic direction, planning and execution of our influencer marketing programme across key categories including beauty, health, and wellness. You will lead high-impact creator partnerships that shape brand perception, drive commercial performance, and deliver content that resonates with millions of customers.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end influencer activity - from concept and talent strategy through to campaign delivery, performance analysis and continuous optimisation. You’ll manage agency and talent relationships, ensure flawless execution, and unlock innovative ways for creators to elevate the Boots brand.

This is a 6-month role, ideal for a confident influencer marketing specialist ready to proactively shape one of the UK’s most established and progressive creator programmes. The successful candidate will be passionate about culture, community and storytelling, with a strong interest in health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead our influencer strategy across key brand and commercial moments to drive awareness, engagement and revenue.
•    Select and manage a diverse roster of creators aligned to brand values, audience needs and performance goals.
•    Oversee influencer campaign delivery end-to-end - briefing, contracts, content approvals, compliance, budgets and timelines.
•    Set clear KPIs and reporting frameworks; track performance and deliver actionable insights to optimise results.
•    Build strong relationships with creators and agency partners, ensuring high-quality content and long-term advocacy.
•    Collaborate closely with brand, PR, commercial, social and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
•    Plan and execute influencer events from concept to post-event amplification.
•    Support and coach junior team members, ensuring efficient processes for rights, logistics and content management.
•    Continuously identify new talent, cultural trends and test-and-learn opportunities to improve performance.

What you'll need to have:

•    A strong knowledge of the social and influencer channel, within an agency or brand environment.
•    Strong understanding of the creator economy - from talent tiers and fee structures to emerging channels and formats.
•    An understanding of influencer metrics and measures of success and effectiveness – both short and long term.
•    Commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results against defined KPIs.
•    Excellent relationship builder - adept at working with stakeholders, partners and creators alike
•    Highly organised, calm under pressure and confident in prioritising across multiple projects
•    A compelling communicator with strong creative judgement and storytelling capability
•    Passionate about health, wellness and beauty - with a finger on the pulse of cultural and social trends.
•    Experience leading and coaching a small team.
•    Event management not essential but preferred.
