Responsibilities

Improve focus on innovation sales and deliver improvement in Vitality Index as per planLead and manage innovation projects from launch to roll out executionRun the strategy refresh process with the business every yearDevelop detailed project plans, timelines and innovation budgetsCoordinate regularly with various stakeholders, cross functional team members and manage resources. Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial teams for innovation roll outActively engage into Blueprinting process for new idea generationTrack innovation projects, present project updates and outcomes to stakeholdersEvaluate value delivered by innovation programsMarket intelligence including Competition analysis and innovative trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher, specialization in Marketing desired but not essentialExperience 5 - 7 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development in an industrial B2B spaceSelf-motivated, driven, with a positive attitudeStrong collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skillsStrong planning, presentation and problem solving skillsCross cultural awarenessGood English language proficiency
