The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and evolve our digital presence, drive lead generation, and amplify our message across multiple channels. You'll bring strategic thinking, hands-on creativity, and a data-led mindset to elevate our brand and support business growth.

 

You’ll be central to marketing campaigns, content creation, and supporting new contract rollouts — helping us reach more learners, partners and stakeholders across the UK.

 

What You’ll Do

Plan, manage and evaluate multichannel digital marketing campaignsOwn and develop our digital channels, including SEO, website management, and CRM integrationCreate compelling content and collateral for campaigns, lead generation and brand storytellingCollaborate with operational teams to align marketing efforts with contract delivery and business developmentLead the calendar of digital and operational marketing eventsDrive our social media strategy to amplify our services and impactIntroduce new tools and tech solutions (including AI) to enhance our marketing performance

 

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience at Marketing Manager or Account Director levelExpertise in digital campaign planning, content creation and performance analysisStrong grasp of CRM/database tools and digital asset managementConfident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsA self-starter mindset with excellent time management and attention to detailPassion for sustainability, innovation, and making a positive difference
