Lupoli Companies is a vertically integrated hospitality, real estate, and development organization headquartered in Lawrence, MA. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to play a key role in building our brands and supporting our hospitality and franchise operations. This is a mid-level role with the opportunity to grow into greater leadership as the department expands.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Marketing to execute marketing initiatives for hospitality, franchising, philanthropy, and corporate divisions.Work directly with Sal’s Pizza leadership and sales teams to support with design of signage and produce creative content including graphics, menus, promotional collateral, and digital assets.Manage general marketing initiatives, email marketing, website updates and social media content creation for Lupoli Companies, Riverwalk Innovation District and the Pavilion Field at RiverwalkSupport community events, franchise development, and brand-building campaigns.Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.As a strong second in the marketing department, you will assist the Senior Director of Marketing with creative strategy, social media content approvals, press release approvals, press clips, charity requests, budget management, KPI reporting, and other initiatives as requested. Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or franchising.Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related tools.Hands-on experience with Wix and Squarespace website platforms.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.Proactive thinker who can bring creative ideas and execute them in a fast-paced environment.Full-time role with flexibility to support occasional nights and weekends for projects and events.
